Turquoise Twins with Untamed Instincts <3

Yesterday I went in to Sweet 9 Salon to model for my amazing friend Tanya. Have you ever been a hair model? The first time I did it, I have to admit I was a bit nervous, despite my generally cavalier attitude about my own hair. Now, I don’t even ask what Tanya has in mind…because she totally gets the very essence of my style and can seamlessly infuse her vision and creativity into what my soul is radiating. She is, in short, mind boggling.

I’m so happy with what she gave me yesterday that I literally could not wait to take my hair out of it’s usual loose bun after work. I have been shimmying my new turquoise tendrils when I happen to pass by a mirror. All of a sudden, I’m a bolder, more confident version of myself.

The only thing I could think of when I saw these pictures was that I needed to see more of this HAIR! So I mirror imaged everything. Besides, I’m totally obsessed with Tegan and Sara’s new album, “Heartthrob”. When I was younger, I always imagined having a twin. Dreams really do come true! At least in Photoshop.

Thanks so much to my dear Tanya for absolute perfection! I’ll be your model anytime. And you, go see her. She’s your kind of gal, and it’s soclose to Spring. It’s time to level up! xo
